Representation Fees
Representation fee before any tier of court or arbitral tribunal is negotiable based on
following factors:
- Complexity of the matter and difficulty of the questions involved.
- Time spent by the lawyer(s).
- Amount or value of any money or property involved
- Number and importance of documents prepared or perused.
- Skill, specialised knowledge and responsibility required of the lawyer(s).
- Place and circumstances in which the business is transacted, and
- Urgency and importance of the matter to the client.
